The solid color sections use piqué fabric woven on an 18-needle double-sided jacquard machine. The two fabrics are precisely proportioned for each piece, dyed in the same vat to ensure no color difference in the finished fabric. An overflow rope dyeing process is used, with the selvage adjusted for excess fabric and the weft skew corrected using a weft straightening machine before setting to ensure the finished pattern is completely identical in size to the original design. The front and sleeves use solid color piqué fabric, while the back pockets use jacquard fabric, with the pocket lettering precisely centered.
