Within 30 Days - You must return the item within 30 days of purchase:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If you purchased the item more than 30 days ago, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. The item must also be in its original packaging.

If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the funds to your credit card or original payment method within the applicable refund period stipulated by your bank.

Then contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to arrive.

Only full-price items are refundable; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if any)

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the same item, please email SOFENL@outlook.com with a compliant photo as proof and then send the item back to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate equivalent to the refund amount. We will mail the gift certificate to you after receiving the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves and then forwarded it to you, we will refund the giver and notify them of your return.
